ASI 04697-4 Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
This semi-recessed unit dispenses 600 C-fold, 800 multi-fold, or 1,100 single-fold towels. An adjustable guide is provided for C-fold or multi-fold towels and helps them feed properly until depleted; towels are manually withdrawn through the slot. The stainless steel waste receptacle holds 12 gallons (46 L), and a locking compartment and receptacle retainer help prevent unauthorized access or removal.
The unit measures 17-1/4 inches wide by 56 inches high by 7-1/4 inches deep and has a 4-inch collar. It is made of Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish. Plan for a minimum rough wall opening of 15-3/4 inches wide by 54-1/2 inches high by 3-1/4 inches deep.
Installation and refilling
Secure the unit to the wall through the concealed mounting holes with #10 self-threading screws; screws are by others. Install the collar on the cabinet before setting it into the recess. For the manufacturer's guidance for 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, position the towel outlet centerline no higher than 48 inches above finished floor. Unlock the door to replace towels in an empty or partially empty dispenser; replenish the supply according to maintenance needs.
