ASI 04697 Recessed Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 04697 is a recessed combination paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle for installations planned around a wall recess. It dispenses 600 C-fold, 800 multi-fold or 1,100 single-fold towels; its adjustable guide supports C-fold or multi-fold towels.
Specifications and installation
- Towel operation: Users manually withdraw towels through the dispensing slot. The adjustable towel adapter helps feed towels until depleted.
- Dimensions: 17-1/4 inches wide by 56 inches high by 7-1/4 inches deep.
- Rough wall opening: Minimum 15-3/4 inches wide by 54-1/2 inches high by 7-1/4 inches deep. The top of the opening is 3/4 inch below the top of the unit.
- Construction: 22-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish; double-pan door with fiberboard filler and a stainless steel piano hinge.
- Mounting: Secure the recessed unit through its concealed mounting holes using #10 self-threading screws, supplied by others. For the manufacturer's guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, mount with the towel outlet centerline no higher than 48 inches above finished floor.
- Service: Unlock the door to replace towels in an empty or partially empty dispenser. The locking compartment and receptacle retainer help prevent unauthorized access or removal; empty the removable receptacle according to maintenance needs.
