ASI 0469 Recessed Traditional Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 0469 is a recessed combination unit for installations with a minimum 4-inch wall-recess depth. It dispenses 600 C-fold or 800 multi-fold towels and includes a 12-gallon (46 L) stainless steel waste receptacle.
Capacity, dimensions, and construction
- Towel capacity: 600 C-fold or 800 multi-fold towels. Towels feed until the supply is depleted, and partial loads can be added in place.
- Waste capacity: 12 gallons (46 L). The removable receptacle is emptied manually as maintenance needs require.
- Overall dimensions: 17-1/4" W x 56" H x 8-1/4" D. Minimum rough wall opening: 15-3/4" W x 54-1/2" H x 4" D.
- Construction: 22-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with satin finish, double-pan door with no-flex fiberboard filler, and heavy-duty multi-staked stainless steel piano hinge.
- A locking compartment and receptacle retainer prevent unauthorized access or removal.
Recessed installation and servicing
Mount in the wall recess through the concealed mounting holes using four #10 self-threading screws (by others). The top of the rough wall opening is 3/4" below the top of the unit. ASI's installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards specifies a maximum 48" height above finished floor to the towel-outlet centerline. Refill towels in place, including with a partial load, and empty the waste container manually as needed. The manufacturer-stated warranty is one year from the invoice date.
