ASI 9018-41 Horizontal Recessed Baby Changing Station
The ASI 9018-41 is a horizontal, recessed-mounted baby changing station with a door facing and collar made of 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a matte-black powder-coated finish. Its changing surface is FDA-approved fungus- and bacteria-resistant HDPE. It is intended for infants up to 3½ years old and 50 lb (23 kg); ASI separately reports development testing to a 250 lb (113 kg) static load with minimal deflection.

- Required wall opening: 35-1/2" W x 24-1/2" H x 4" D minimum (902 x 622 x 102 mm).
- A damped gas spring aids one-handed opening and closing with less than 5 lbf (22.2 N) of force.
- Includes an integral bag hook, adjustable two-part vinyl-coated safety strap with Sure-Lock latch, and bed-liner dispenser convertible to a multi-fold towel dispenser.

Mounting and installation
The unit is recessed mounted through concealed mounting holes. Supplied fasteners are suitable for metal- or wood-stud walls in dry locations and general hollow-wall construction where the substrate has adequate strength. Wall reinforcement must support transfer of the maximum unit loading. Masonry fasteners and anchors are not supplied; follow the installation instructions for the selected mounting method.
