ASI 646924A Recessed Automatic Roll Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 646924A is a recessed, battery-operated combination unit for washrooms that need touch-free roll towel dispensing and an integrated 12-gallon waste receptacle. Its proximity sensor dispenses one preset-length towel per cycle and accepts 8- or 9-inch-wide rolls up to 800 feet long.

- Construction: Cabinet, frame, and waste container are 22-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish.
- Capacity: 12 gal. (45.4 L) waste receptacle; roll towels up to 800 ft. long.
- Dimensions: 17-1/4 in. W x 56 in. H x 10-1/4 in. D. Minimum rough wall opening: 15-3/4 in. W x 54-1/2 in. H x 4 in. D.
- Power and settings: Four D-size batteries (not included). Three internal switches set towel length, dispense delay, and economy.
- Mounting: Recessed installation with #10 self-threading screws through concealed mounting holes; screws are by others. For accessibility, ASI specifies that the top edge of the towel dispenser opening be no higher than 48 in. above the finished floor when clear-floor reach access is provided. For general utility, ASI specifies a top-edge height of 49 to 56 in. above the finished floor.
- Warranty: One year from the date of invoice.
Refilling and upkeep
Unlock the door to replace a roll. The unit can continue dispensing from a partial roll transferred to the stub-roll position when a full roll is loaded. An LED indicates sensing and battery condition. Replenish towels, replace batteries, and empty the receptacle as maintenance needs require. The receptacle accepts a reusable vinyl liner bag or disposable PVC trash liner; liners are not supplied.
