ASI 046924A Recessed Automatic Roll Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
This proximity-sensing dispenser feeds one towel per activation from an 8-inch-wide standard roll up to 800 ft. long, plus an 8-inch-wide stub roll up to 4 inches in diameter. The waste receptacle holds 12 gallons. Power requires four D-size batteries, not supplied.
Length, delay, and paper-saver settings are selected by the owner using three switches. An LED indicates sensing and battery condition. When the main roll is depleted, a full roll can feed automatically, with the partial roll transferred to the stub-roll position. The waste container is emptied manually as needed.
Installation
Provide a recessed wall opening at least 15-3/4 inches wide by 54-1/2 inches high by 4 inches deep. Mount with #10 self-tapping screws through the concealed holes; screws are by others. The sensor ground wire must be connected inside the cabinet. The manufacturer specifies a maximum 48-inch height to the top edge of the towel dispenser opening for its stated accessibility guidance when clear floor forward or side reach is provided; verify project requirements and installation conditions.
The cabinet, waste container, and frame are 22-gauge Type 304 stainless steel; the dispenser door is 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. Exposed surfaces have a satin finish.
