ASI 046924AC Recessed Automatic Roll Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
This sensor-operated unit dispenses a 12" towel length per activation. It holds one standard roll up to 8" diameter x 8" wide and 800 ft. long, plus an 8"-wide stub roll up to 4" diameter. The removable waste receptacle holds 12 gallons. The cabinet, receptacle, and frame are 22-gauge Type 304 stainless steel; the dispenser door is 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. The supplied low-voltage adapter uses 115V AC and outputs 5V DC at 1A.
Installation and power
Minimum rough wall opening: 15-3/4" W x 54-1/2" H x 4" D. Install through the concealed mounting holes with #10 self-tapping screws (by others). The manufacturer specifies a duplex outlet inside the cabinet for the supplied adapter and 115V AC power protected by a 15A circuit breaker; the power feed and circuit are by others. For the manufacturer's ADA installation guidance, position the bottom edge of the towel dispenser door no higher than 48" above the finished floor.
Refill and waste service
A full roll can start dispensing automatically when the existing partial roll is depleted. The receptacle has hooks for an optional reusable vinyl liner bag (not supplied) or can be used with disposable PVC trash liner bags (by others); empty it manually as needed.
