ASI 204692A Roval Automatic Roll Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
This recessed, no-touch unit dispenses roll towels automatically when hands enter the sensor zone. It accepts rolls up to 800 feet; the owner sets towel length, delay and paper-economy options with switches. The 17.8-gallon waste receptacle is removable. The Type 304 stainless steel unit has a satin finish and concealed piano hinge.
Power is supplied by four D-size batteries, which are not included. An LED indicates sensing and battery condition. When refilling, unlock the door and replace an empty or partially used roll; a full roll can feed after the existing partial roll is transferred to the stub-roll position. Batteries and towels are replenished and the receptacle emptied manually as needed.
Installation
Provide a minimum rough wall opening of 16 inches wide by 54-3/4 inches high by 10-1/4 inches deep. In drywall construction, provide adequate in-wall reinforcement; for other wall conditions, provide suitable anchors. Mount with #10 self-threading screws through the concealed holes. Reinforcement, anchors and screws are by others. Manufacturer guidance for the stated accessibility standards limits the top edge of the towel opening to 48 inches AFF only when clear-floor reach access is provided; local requirements may specify a lower maximum. For general utility, the opening top is installed between 49 and 56 inches AFF.
