ASI 204692AC-6 Roval Semi-Recessed Automatic Roll Paper Towel Dispenser
The ASI 204692AC-6 is a no-touch, AC-powered semi-recessed roll towel dispenser with a stainless steel collar and removable 17.8-gallon (67.2 L) waste receptacle. It accepts roll towels up to 800 feet long. The cabinet is satin-finish 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. Owners set the towel length, delay, and economy switches to control dispensing.
Specifications and installation
- Overall dimensions: 17-5/8 inches wide x 56-5/16 inches high x 11-11/16 inches deep.
- Minimum rough wall opening: 16 inches wide x 54-3/4 inches high x 4-1/4 inches deep.
- Power: Supplied low-voltage adapter accepts 110–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz and provides 6 VDC at 2 A. It plugs into a duplex outlet inside the cabinet.
- Installation provisions: Provide adequate in-wall reinforcement. Anchors, #10 self-threading mounting screws, code-approved cable or conduit, the outlet, and a 15 A circuit breaker are by others.
Hands in the sensor zone trigger dispensing one selected towel length at a time. For reloading, a full roll can be loaded while the existing partial roll is transferred to the stub-roll position. Staff refill the roll through the unlocked door and empty the removable waste receptacle according to maintenance needs.
Mounting height guidance
ASI’s guidance for ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 and the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards calls for the top edge of the towel opening to be no higher than 48 inches above finished floor (AFF) only when clear-floor reach access is provided. Local requirements may set a lower maximum, such as 40 inches AFF in California.
