Installation and servicing
Plan for the minimum wall opening and adequate in-wall reinforcement. Mounting screws are by others; suitable anchors for the wall conditions are also by others. For the manufacturer’s stated accessibility guidance, position the top edge of the towel opening no higher than 48 in. above finished floor only when clear-floor reach access is provided; local codes may require a lower height. For general utility, the manufacturer specifies a towel-opening height of 49 to 56 in. above finished floor.
Towels dispense when hands enter the sensor zone. To refill, unlock the door and replace the roll; a full roll can feed alongside a partial roll transferred to the stub-roll position. Replace batteries and empty the waste receptacle according to maintenance needs. The manufacturer lists a one-year warranty from invoice date.
