ASI 2046921A-6 Roval Semi-Recessed Automatic Roll Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 2046921A-6 is a battery-powered, semi-recessed combination unit with a proximity sensor and a 13.5-gallon waste receptacle. It dispenses a preset towel length without touch.
Dispenser and waste-receptacle details
- Accepts standard roll towels 8 or 9 inches wide, up to 800 feet long. Stub-roll capability supports continued dispensing when a partial roll is transferred to the stub position.
- The removable waste receptacle holds 13.5 gallons; an internal shelf provides paper-towel storage.
- Owner-adjustable switches set towel length, delay, and paper-saver/economy operation.
- Requires four D-size batteries, not included. The LED indicates sensing and battery condition.
- The semi-recessed unit has a stainless steel collar. The cabinet and frame are Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish.
- Unlock the door to replace an empty or partially empty roll. Replenish towels and batteries and empty the receptacle manually as maintenance needs require.
Recess and installation
Allow a minimum rough wall opening of 16 inches wide by 54-3/4 inches high by 4 inches deep. Provide adequate in-wall reinforcement for drywall; appropriate anchors and #10 self-threading mounting screws are by others. The manufacturer’s ADA mounting guidance places the top edge of the towel opening no higher than 48 inches AFF only when clear-floor reach access is provided. Local requirements may call for a 40-inch maximum.
