ASI 2046921AC Roval Recessed Automatic Roll Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 2046921AC is a recessed, AC-operated automatic roll towel dispenser with a 13.5-gallon waste receptacle. Its proximity sensor dispenses an owner-set towel length, and the supplied low-voltage adapter operates from 110–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz and provides 6 VDC at 2 A.
Specifications and operation
- Accepts standard 8- or 9-inch-wide roll towels up to 800 feet long. Stub-roll capability supports continued dispensing when a partial roll is transferred to the stub-roll position.
- Waste receptacle capacity: 13.5 gallons (51.1 L); the receptacle is removable. An internal shelf provides space for paper towel storage.
- Type 304 stainless steel with satin finish; recessed mounting. Overall dimensions: 17-3/8 in. W x 56-1/16 in. H x 11-11/16 in. D. Rough wall opening: 16 in. W x 54-3/16 in. H, with 10-1/4 in. minimum depth.
- Three owner-set switches control towel length, delay, and economy. Towels dispense one length at a time when hands enter the sensor zone; an LED indicates sensing and operation.
Installation and service
Provide adequate in-wall reinforcement and suitable anchors for the wall conditions. The manufacturer specifies a 15 A protected circuit and code-approved supply cable or conduit by others. For the manufacturer's cited accessibility mounting guidance, the top edge of the towel opening may be no higher than 48 in. above finished floor only where clear floor reach access is provided; local requirements may call for a 40 in. maximum. Confirm the rough opening and applicable local requirements before installation. To refill, unlock the door and replace the roll; transfer a partial roll to the stub-roll position when loading a new roll. Replenish towels and empty the receptacle as maintenance needs require. ASI lists a one-year warranty from invoice date.
