The ASI 2046921A-9 is a battery-powered, surface-mounted combination unit for washrooms needing touchless roll-towel dispensing and an integrated 13.5-gallon waste receptacle. Its sensor dispenses a preset towel length, and its 9-inch-collar configuration is intended for surface mounting.

Installation and accessibility
Mount to the wall through the concealed mounting holes using #10 self-threading screws; screws and suitable anchors are by others. For drywall construction, provide adequate in-wall reinforcement. The manufacturer’s ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 and 2010 ADA installation guidance places the top edge of the towel opening no higher than 48 inches AFF only when clear-floor reach access is provided. Local requirements may call for a 40-inch maximum, such as in California.
