ASI 046924A-9 Automatic Surface-Mounted Roll Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 046924A-9 is a surface-mounted automatic roll towel dispenser with an integrated 12-gallon waste receptacle. It dispenses towels when hands enter the sensor zone and is powered by four D-size batteries (not supplied).
Capacity and specifications
- Holds one towel roll up to 800 feet (244 m) long and a stub roll up to 4 inches (102 mm) in diameter.
- Waste receptacle capacity: 12 gallons (45.4 L).
- Owner-selectable towel length, delay, and economy settings; includes an internal towel cut-off bar.
- Cabinet, waste container, and frame are 22-gauge Type 304 stainless steel; the door is 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. Exposed surfaces have a satin finish protected by removable PVC film.
- LED indicates sensing and battery condition. The door and waste receptacle are secured with tumbler locks.
Installation and refilling
A surface-mounting collar is provided. Install on the wall through concealed mounting holes using #10 self-tapping screws (by others). To refill, unlock the door and replace the roll. A full roll can feed after the existing partial roll is depleted; transfer that partial roll to the stub-roll position. Batteries and the waste receptacle are serviced as maintenance needs require.
