ASI 0388-1AC Automatic Liquid Soap Dispenser
The ASI 0388-1AC is an AC-powered, vanity-mounted liquid soap dispenser head for a multi-feed system. It connects to a Model 0386 control module and a Model 0387 top-fill tank; the tank is not included with the dispenser head. In a correctly configured system, the shared tank can supply up to 12 dispensers, with no more than six on either side of the tank.
Specifications and system requirements
- Type 304 stainless steel; automatic, touch-free liquid soap dispensing.
- Dispenses approximately 1–1.5 ml (0.034–0.051 oz) per activation when connected properly to the Model 0386 control-pump module.
- Use liquid soap with viscosity of 5–3,000 cP and pH of 5.5–8.5. Avoid soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides or alcohols, as well as abrasives or particulates.
- Dispenser dimensions: 1-1/2 in. diameter x 3-13/16 in. high. Mounts through a 1-in. counter hole; the vanity deck may be up to 2 in. thick.
- The Model 0387 tank has a 1.6-gal (6 L) capacity and is purchased separately. The AC power supply connects to the control module.
Installation and refill
Install the dispenser head in the counter and mount the control module below the vanity. Connect the head’s soap tube and sensor cable to the module, then connect the feed tubing to the tank or the preceding module in a multi-unit run. The tank’s counter fill port lets staff refill the shared supply without filling each dispenser head individually.
