ASI 0393-1AC EZ-Fill Automatic Foam Soap Dispenser Head

The ASI 0393-1AC is a polished, vanity-mounted, hands-free foam soap dispenser head for facilities using the EZ-Fill top-fill multi-feed system. This version operates with an AC adapter; the multi-feed kit and tank are purchased separately. One tank can supply up to six dispenser heads.

Configuration and operating requirements

• Heavy-duty chrome-plated brass construction with a chrome-plated spout and highly polished finish.
• AC adapter operation; the front LED indicates function.
• Uses clear foaming liquid soap without abrasives, with viscosity of 1–100 cP and pH of 5.5–8.5. Avoid soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, or alcohols.
• The ASI technical sheet specifies attachment to a separately purchased 5L tank; the multi-feed kit is also not included.
• For installation, ASI calls for a GFCI outlet under the vanity within 13.5 ft of the pump assembly. Confirm available space for the pump and compressor before locating the head.

After filling the tank, prime the system using the pump’s fill button until soap dispenses. Keep the soap container clean to reduce clogging; ASI recommends cleaning the compressor filter every six months. Clean the dispenser surface with soap and water, then wipe dry.
