ASI 6467 Simplicity Recessed Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 6467 is a manual, recessed combination unit for washrooms planned with a wall cavity at least 4 inches deep. It holds 600 C-fold or 800 multi-fold towels and has a 4.2-gallon stainless steel waste receptacle.
Capacity and construction
- Paper towels are manually withdrawn through the dispensing slot; the adjustable adapter supports feeding until depletion, including after a partial refill.
- Includes a 4.2-gallon (16 L) removable waste container with a rolled-edge finger hole for servicing; empty it as maintenance needs require.
- Type 304 stainless steel with satin finish and a 20-gauge cabinet; overall dimensions are 13 inches wide by 55 inches high by 4-3/4 inches deep.
- A full-face door with two tumbler locks secures the compartments. Unlock the door to replace towels in an empty or partially empty dispenser.
Recessed installation requirements
The required rough wall opening is 11-1/2 inches wide by 53-1/2 inches high by at least 4 inches deep. ASI specifies installation with #10 self-threading screws (by others) through the concealed mounting holes. For compliance with the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, the manufacturer says to install the unit so the towel-slot centerline is no higher than 48 inches above the finished floor.
