ASI 6467-41PC Simplicity Recessed Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 6467-41PC is a recessed matte black combination unit for installations planned around a wall cavity. It dispenses 600 C-fold or 800 multi-fold towels and has a removable 4.2-gallon (16 L) waste receptacle.
Capacity, construction, and dimensions
- Towel capacity: 600 C-fold or 800 multi-fold towels; towels are manually withdrawn through the dispensing slot.
- Waste capacity: 4.2 gallons (16 L); the removable receptacle has a rolled-edge finger hole for servicing.
- Construction: Type 304 stainless steel with a matte black powder-coated finish; cabinet is 20 gauge.
- Overall dimensions: 13" W x 55" H x 4-3/4" D (330 x 1397 x 121 mm).
- Minimum rough wall opening: 11-1/2" W x 53-1/2" H x 4" D (292 x 1359 x 102 mm). The opening top is 3/4" below the top of the unit.
Refill and installation
Unlock the full-face door to refill the towel compartment when empty or partially empty. The adjustable adapter helps the unit feed properly with a partial load. Two tumbler locks secure the door; empty the waste container manually as maintenance needs require.
Install the unit in the wall recess using #10 self-threading screws through the concealed mounting holes; screws are by others. ASI's installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards specifies a maximum height of 48" (1219 mm) AFF to the centerline of the towel dispenser slot. This is manufacturer guidance; confirm applicable project requirements for the installation.
