ASI 6467-00 Piatto Completely Recessed Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 6467-00 is a manual, completely recessed combination paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle for washrooms where a flush-to-wall installation is needed. Its white phenolic door distinguishes this version; the unit dispenses C-fold or multi-fold towels and includes a 4.2-gallon stainless steel waste receptacle.
Capacity, construction and fit
- Dispenses up to 600 C-fold or 800 multi-fold towels. Towels are withdrawn manually, and the adjustable towel adapter supports feeding after a partial refill.
- The receptacle holds 4.2 gal. (16 L) and has a rolled-edge finger hole for removal during servicing.
- Unit dimensions are 13 in. W x 55 in. H x 4-9/16 in. D. The minimum finished-wall opening is 13-1/16 in. W x 55-1/16 in. H x 4-11/16 in. D; verify the full opening before construction.
- The frame and cabinet are 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. The white phenolic door uses concealed hardware, field-adjustable furniture-style hinges and an internal spring-loaded latch.
Installation and upkeep
- Install completely recessed, with no protrusion from the wall, using four #10 x 1-1/2 in. self-threading pan-head screws through the concealed adjustable mounting tabs; screws are by others.
- ASI's installation guidance referencing the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards specifies a towel outlet no more than 48 in. above the finished floor. This is manufacturer guidance, not a determination of installation compliance.
- Unlatch the door to replace towels, including when a partial supply remains. Replenish towels and empty the receptacle manually as maintenance needs require.
