ASI 3414-25-P Swing-Up Grab Bar with Integral Toilet Paper Roll Holder
The ASI 3414-25-P is a surface-mounted swing-up grab bar with an integral manual toilet-paper holder and a peened top bar for a non-slip gripping surface. It is made of Type 304 stainless steel; exposed surfaces have a satin finish. Choose this -25-P version for the holder and peened bar. ASI also lists Model 3414 without the integral toilet-paper holder.

- Bar: 1-1/4-inch-diameter, 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel tubing with a peened top surface.
- Positions: Three preset detents hold the bar fully up, 45 degrees raised, or fully down. It operates with one hand; movement tension is preset at the factory and is not adjustable.
- Holder: Integral Type 304 stainless steel rod holder with an upturned end to help keep the roll in place. The roll is free-running and used manually.
- Stops and movement: Polymer anti-friction bearing plates support quiet, smooth operation. A polymer bumper prevents banging when lowered, and a solid stop bumper helps prevent the raised arm from striking the wall.
- Mounting plate: 3-inch-diameter, 1/8-inch-thick exposed flange with six mounting holes; exposed screw holes are drilled and countersunk.
Mounting and care
This unit is surface mounted through six holes. Provide concealed anchor plate or blocking before wall finishing and use appropriate mounting hardware; anchors and hardware are not supplied. Wall attachment is critical to the mounting system. For manufacturer guidance on the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, install with the top of the horizontal bar 33–36 inches above finished floor for adult use; verify project requirements. Periodically inspect operation and make repairs needed due to adverse environmental conditions.
