ASI 204623-9 Roval Surface-Mounted Paper Towel Dispenser with Waste Receptacle
The ASI 204623-9 is a surface-mounted towel dispenser and removable waste receptacle for commercial restrooms. Its pull-type dispenser holds 350 C-fold or 475 multi-fold towels, and the receptacle provides 3.0 gal. (11.2 L) of waste capacity.

- Dimensions: 13 in. W x 28-1/4 in. H x 5-1/2 in. D; surface-mounted with a stainless steel -9 collar.
- Construction: 22-gauge Type 304 stainless steel door with satin finish, flush lock, and heavy-duty 3/16-in. staked piano hinge; the manufacturer describes a curved front.
- Towels self-feed on manual demand until supply is depleted. A partial load may remain during reloading and continue to feed properly.
- Towel replenishment and waste removal are manual. The removable stainless steel receptacle has a tumbler lock; the locked door and receptacle prevent unauthorized access or removal.
Installation and placement
Install the collar on the cabinet before wall mounting, following the collar instructions. Fasten through the concealed mounting holes with #10 self-threading screws (by others). For installation guidance referencing the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, the manufacturer specifies a maximum 48-in. AFF centerline for the towel outlet. For general utility, the manufacturer specifies a 40-in. AFF bottom edge; verify applicable local requirements.
