ASI 1307-4 Utility Hook Strip
This surface-mounted strip has four hooks across a 36" length. It is fabricated from 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish; the strip is 4" high, with edges returning 1/2" to the wall. Overall dimensions are 36" W x 9-3/4" H x 2-3/16" D.
Mounting and placement
Mount with #10 self-threading pan-head screws through the strip's mounting holes into suitable anchors, blocking, or other wall reinforcement. Screws and wall supports are by others; the wall support must be adequate for the intended loads when all hooks are used. For general utility use, the manufacturer specifies mounting the unit 72" AFF, measured from the centerline of the mounting holes. The manufacturer also advises that, for 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards guidance, the top of a hook be no higher than 48" AFF; this guidance is not a blanket compliance determination.
Rags and towels are placed on the hooks as needed.
