Fabricated of 18 gauge 1-1/4" (32 mm) OD stainless steel type 304 with satin finish. Flange is 3" (76 mm) diameter x 1/8" (3 mm) thick and has 3 countersunk holes for front mounting.
One roll of toilet paper is placed over the horn type holder for use as required.
