ASI 645210A-00 Piatto Completely Recessed Automatic Roll Paper Towel Dispenser
The ASI 645210A-00 is a battery-operated, no-touch roll towel dispenser for a completely recessed washroom-wall installation. Its white phenolic door is the key model distinction; the dispenser also accommodates a main roll and a stub roll with automatic changeover when the feed tabs are properly engaged.
Capacity and operation
- Holds one standard roll up to 8" in diameter, 8" wide and 800 ft. long, plus one 8"-wide stub roll up to 4" in diameter.
- A proximity sensor activates dispensing when hands enter its sensing zone.
- Three three-position switches adjust towel length, delay and economy.
- Powered by four D-size batteries, not supplied; an LED indicates sensing and battery condition.
- White phenolic door, Type 304 stainless steel frame, concealed hardware, field-adjustable furniture-style hinges and an internal spring-loaded latch.
Recess installation and servicing
Allow a finished wall opening of 16-1/8" W x 28-1/16" H x at least 10" D; the dispenser measures 16-1/16" W x 28" H x 9-13/16" D. Mount through the concealed adjustable tabs using four #10 x 1-1/2" self-threading pan-head screws; screws are not supplied. Manufacturer installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards specifies a towel outlet no more than 48" above the finished floor. Installation instructions are packed with the unit.
Unlock the door to replace an empty or partially used roll. Replenish towels and replace batteries according to maintenance needs. The unit is made to order and is not returnable. Manufacturer warranty: one year from invoice date.
