Recessed Safety Centers with Emergency Showers and Eyewashes

Guardian Safety Centers combine a recessed emergency shower and eyewash or eye/face wash with a drain pan in a wall-integrated assembly. Choose the showerhead position, wall configuration and drainage option from the rough-in requirements—not from the visible cabinet trim.

When a Recessed Safety Center Fits Best

A Safety Center is suited to projects that need shower and eye or face flushing at one location while limiting projection into the room. The wall must accommodate the cabinet, valves, supply and drain pan, and the finished installation must preserve clear access and serviceability.

Choose the Showerhead Position Early

Guardian configurations include exposed, recess-mounted and wall-mounted exposed showerheads. Each places the head and piping differently relative to the finished wall. Match the model to the wall depth, rough-in and required spray area before framing and plumbing are complete.

Plan Where the Drain Pan Discharges

Every Safety Center model includes a drain pan, but selected configurations add a daylight drain. A pan does not eliminate drainage planning: confirm the outlet location, connection and final discharge route for the exact model. Daylight-drain versions are useful when the project is designed to route discharge to a visible termination rather than an in-wall waste connection.

For exposed floor-mounted combinations, compare Safety Stations. For other wall-integrated brands and configurations, review Recessed Emergency Units.
