ASI 9015 Vertical Surface-Mounted Plastic Baby Changing Station
The ASI 9015 is a vertical, surface-mounted baby changing station for infants up to 3½ years old and 50 lb (23 kg). It has an FDA-approved, fungus- and bacteria-resistant HDPE changing surface, a pull handle, and a concealed damped gas spring.
Features and dimensions
- Shaped changing bed designed to cradle a child; adjustable, two-part vinyl-coated safety strap with Sure-Lock latch.
- One-handed opening and closing requires less than 5 lb (22.2 N) of force and does not require tight grasping, pinching, or wrist twisting.
- Integral dispenser for bed liners or towels converts to a multi-fold towel dispenser; includes one bag hook.
- Closed dimensions: 24-1/4 × 35-5/32 × 3-7/8 in. (616 × 893 × 98 mm). Open dimensions: 24-1/4 × 35-5/32 × 32-15/16 in. (616 × 893 × 837 mm). Retracted projection: no more than 4 in. (102 mm) from the wall.
- Intended infant-use limit: up to 3½ years old and 50 lb (23 kg). The manufacturer reports development testing at a 250 lb (113 kg) static load with minimal deflection; this is not the infant-use limit.
Mounting and service
Surface-mount through the recessed mounting holes using the supplied hardware. The hardware is suitable for metal or wood studs in dry locations and general hollow-wall construction with adequate substrate strength. The wall and reinforcement must support the transfer of maximum unit loading. Masonry fasteners and anchors are not supplied; follow the installation instructions provided with the unit. Service personnel can replenish liners or towels as needed.
Warranty: Five years from the invoice date.
