ASI 68523AC Simplicity™ Collection Automatic Roll Towel Dispenser
The ASI 68523AC is a surface-mounted, AC-powered proximity-sensing dispenser for automatic, no-touch roll towel dispensing. It accepts standard 8" rolls up to 800 ft. long and supports a partial stub roll for continued dispensing.

- Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish; dimensions are 15-1/4" W × 18-5/16" H × 9-13/16" D.
- Uses a supplied internal low-voltage adapter with 110–240V AC, 50/60 Hz input. The manufacturer sheet lists the adapter output as 6VDC @ 2A.
- Dispenses one towel length per sensor activation. Three three-position switches let the owner set towel length, delay, and economy.
- When a partial roll is transferred to the stub-roll position, a new full roll can be loaded to feed after the partial roll is depleted.
- LED indicates sensing and operation. A locking door restricts unauthorized access and roll removal.
Installation and refilling
Surface-mount using the concealed cabinet mounting holes and suitable fasteners. ASI specifies adequate in-wall reinforcement for drywall installations and anchors suited to the wall and field conditions for other wall types; fasteners and reinforcement are by others. Refill manually by unlocking the door and replacing an empty or partially used roll.
ASI's installation guidance says to position the top of the towel opening no higher than 48" above finished floor for the cited accessibility standards only when the required clear-floor reach access is provided. Local codes may require a 40" maximum; ASI gives 49"–56" as a general-utility range. Confirm project and local requirements.
