ASI 64696-6 Semi-Recessed Roll Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
This manual, lever-operated unit dispenses standard 8- or 9-inch-wide towel rolls up to 800 ft. long and has stub-roll capability. The supplied pin limits lever stroke to adjust towel feed length. A new full roll can be loaded to start automatically after the existing partial roll is used; the partial roll transfers to the stub-roll position. The stainless steel waste receptacle holds 9.4 gal. (36 L) and is emptied manually as needed.
The Type 304 stainless steel unit has a satin finish and semi-recessed mounting with a 6-inch collar. Overall dimensions are 16-1/16 in. W x 41-1/4 in. H x 9-5/8 in. D. Allow a minimum rough wall opening of 14-5/8 in. W x 39-3/4 in. H x 3-1/4 in. D. Install in the wall recess using #10 self-threading screws through the concealed mounting holes; screws are by others. The collar is installed on the cabinet before mounting.
For manufacturer accessibility guidance, install with the feed lever no higher than 48 in. above finished floor; confirm requirements for the specific installation. Unlock the door to replace an empty or partially used roll. The locking full-face door restricts access to the dispenser and waste compartments.
