ASI 64696AC-6 Semi-Recessed Automatic Roll Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 64696AC-6 is a semi-recessed, no-touch roll towel dispenser and 9.9-gallon (37.3 L) waste receptacle with a supplied 6-inch stainless steel collar. It holds a standard roll up to 800 feet (244 m) long plus a stub roll, and automatically changes over to the main roll when the stub is finished if the feed tabs are properly engaged.
Specifications and installation
- Overall dimensions: 16-1/16 inches wide by 41-1/4 inches high by 10-1/4 inches deep.
- Minimum rough wall opening: 15 inches wide by 40-1/4 inches high by 4 inches deep.
- Cabinet and frame: 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with satin finish; concealed hinge and keyed tumbler lock.
- Power: 110–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz for the supplied C-UL-US- and CE-approved adapter, with 6 VDC at 2 A output. The adapter plugs into the simplex outlet inside the cabinet; the supply circuit and cable or conduit are by others.
- Manufacturer installation guidance specifies a maximum 48-inch height from finished floor to the top edge of the towel dispenser opening for compliance with the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards. Confirm project requirements and installation dimensions before rough-in.
Install the supplied semi-recessing collar on the cabinet before mounting it in the wall recess. Towels dispense when hands enter the sensor zone; the owner sets towel length, delay and economy using the three switches. Unlock the door to replace an empty or partly used roll, transferring the partial roll to the stub-roll position when loading a full roll. Empty the waste receptacle as needed. The manufacturer lists a one-year warranty from invoice date.
