ASI 64672-2-41 Piatto Recessed 3-in-1 Paper Towel Dispenser, Hand Dryer and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 64672-2-41 is a completely recessed Piatto combination for washrooms needing a manual paper towel dispenser, automatic 208–240V hand dryer and waste receptacle in one cabinet. Its matte black phenolic door distinguishes this finish option.
Capacity and product details
- Towel dispenser: Holds 500 standard multi-fold or 400 standard C-fold towels without an adapter; towels are manually withdrawn.
- Hand dryer: No-touch sensor activation, drying time under 15 seconds, and a five-year warranty. It runs while movement is sensed, up to a two-minute maximum, and shuts off after hands leave the sensor zone and the time-out occurs.
- Waste receptacle: 6.8 gallons (26 L), with a full cover and spring-hinge flap door.
- Cabinet: 20-gauge Type 304 stainless-steel frame and cabinet; field-adjustable furniture-style hinges and concealed spring-loaded latch.
Installation and servicing
Plan for a minimum finished-wall opening of 15-7/16" W x 55-7/16" H x 7-5/8" D. The cabinet mounts with six #10 x 1-1/2" screws supplied by others. Electrical service is supplied and connected by others before the cover is installed; use the manufacturer’s instructions for the rough-in location and connection details. ASI’s installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards specifies a maximum 48" height above finished floor to the towel outlet centerline; verify the project’s applicable requirements.
Unlatch the door to refill. The dispenser continues feeding with a partial load when towels are reloaded correctly. Replenish towels and empty the waste receptacle manually as maintenance needs require.
