ASI 64672-1-41 Piatto Recessed 3-in-1 Towel Dispenser, Hand Dryer and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 64672-1-41 is a 110–120V, completely recessed Piatto combination cabinet for washrooms where the towel dispenser, high-speed automatic hand dryer, and waste receptacle should sit within the wall. This version has a matte black phenolic door; the dryer provides automatic, no-touch operation with a manufacturer-rated drying time of less than 15 seconds.
Specifications and operation
- Configuration: Matte black phenolic door; Type 304 stainless steel frame and cabinet. Concealed, field-adjustable furniture-quality hinges and an internal spring-loaded latch secure the door.
- Paper towels: Holds 500 standard multi-fold or 400 standard C-fold towels. No adapter is required; users withdraw towels manually. The dispenser feeds a correctly reloaded partial load and is refilled by unlatching the door.
- Hand dryer: 110–120V AC, automatic and no-touch. Hands activate it in the marked sensor zone while movement is sensed; operation is limited to two minutes and shuts off after time-out when hands are removed. Electrical service and connection are by others.
- Waste receptacle: 6.8 gal (26 L), with a full cover and spring-hinge flap; empty manually as needed.
- Cabinet dimensions: 15-3/8 in. W × 55-3/8 in. H × 7-1/2 in. D. Minimum finished wall opening: 15-7/16 in. W × 55-7/16 in. H × 7-5/8 in. D.
- Warranty: Five years from date of invoice, per the manufacturer.
Recessed installation
Mount in the wall recess using six #10 × 1-1/2 in. self-threading pan-head screws (by others) through the concealed mounting holes. Electrical service must be supplied and connected by others before installing the cover. The manufacturer's 2010 ADA installation guidance specifies positioning the towel-dispenser outlet centerline no higher than 48 in. above the finished floor.
