ASI 3701-48 48-Inch Straight Grab Bar with Snap-On Flange Covers
The ASI 3701-48 is a smooth, 48-inch straight grab bar for concealed mounting. Its 1-1/4-inch-diameter Type 304 stainless steel tube has an 18-gauge wall. Snap-on Type 304 stainless steel covers conceal the mounting screws; the covers have a satin finish.

Installation guidance
Use the bar as a template to mark and pre-drill mounting holes. No. 10 self-tapping pan-head screws and flat washers, or another suitable fastener system, are by others. Provide appropriate anchoring and wall backing before wall finishing; anchors are available from ASI and must be specified separately. ASI's installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards specifies a bar-top height of 33 to 36 inches above the finished floor. Suitable wall mounting and fasteners are also essential.
