ASI 20692-648 Roval Surface-Mounted Shelf
The ASI 20692-648 is a 6-inch-deep by 48-inch-wide surface-mounted shelf for wet (self-contained) or dry materials storage. Its satin-finish Type 304 stainless steel construction and gently radiused edge distinguish this Roval Collection model.
Specifications and installation
- Dimensions: 6 inches deep by 48 inches wide.
- Construction: 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish.
- Edge: 3/4-inch gently radiused edge that complements the curves of the ASI Roval Collection.
- Mounting: Surface-mount to a wall or partition through four keyholes and one locking hole in the rear support bracket; the keyhole spacing for this width is 11-1/4 inches. Use #12AB-14 or #12BP-14 [M6] self-threading pan-head screws, or other appropriate fasteners; fasteners are by others.
- Support: Provide adequate in-wall blocking or other reinforcement for the shelf and intended loading; the manufacturer does not state a load rating here.
- Warranty: One year from date of invoice, according to ASI’s specification sheet.
For installation in accordance with the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, ASI specifies a shelf-top height between 32 and 48 inches above finished floor. ASI gives 42 inches above finished floor, or 18 inches above a washbasin, as typical general-utility placement. Other widths are available in the 20692 series.
