ASI 20692-630 Roval Surface-Mounted Shelf
This 6-inch-deep, 30-inch-wide shelf is fabricated from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish. Its 3/4-inch gently radiused edge complements the curves of the ASI Roval Collection. Other widths are available in the series. The manufacturer identifies the shelf as suitable for wet or dry material storage.
Mounting
The shelf mounts to a wall or partition through keyholes and a locking hole in the rear support bracket. Fasteners are by others; ASI specifies #12AB-14 or #12BP-14 self-threading pan-head screws, or other appropriate fasteners. Provide adequate wall blocking or other reinforcement for the shelf and its intended loading; no load rating is stated here. For manufacturer guidance referencing the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, install the shelf top between 32 and 48 inches AFF. ASI lists 42 inches AFF, or 18 inches above a washbasin, as typical general-utility placement.
