ASI 204523AC-9 Roval Surface-Mounted Automatic Roll Paper Towel Dispenser
The ASI 204523AC-9 is a surface-mounted, AC-operated automatic roll towel dispenser with a stainless steel -9 collar. It holds rolls up to 800 ft. and dispenses one towel length at a time when hands enter the sensor zone. Three three-position switches set towel length, delay, and economy.
Features and operation
- Satin-finish Type 304 stainless steel: 18-gauge door and 22-gauge cabinet, frame, and collar.
- A full roll can begin feeding after an existing partial roll is depleted. When reloading with a full roll, transfer the partial roll to the stub-roll position.
- The LED indicates sensing. The locking door prevents unauthorized access and roll removal.
- To refill, unlock the door and replace an empty or partly used roll. Towel supply is replenished manually.
Dimensions and installation
Overall dimensions are 17-3/8 in. W x 27-3/4 in. H x 11-3/4 in. D. Surface-mount the unit using the provided stainless steel -9 collar and 1/4-in. self-threading screws through the concealed mounting holes; screws and suitable anchors are by others. Provide adequate in-wall reinforcement in drywall construction.
Power and mounting height
The supplied low-voltage adapter accepts 110–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz and provides 6 VDC at 2 A. ASI specifies code-approved cable or conduit by others, terminated at the utility duplex outlet box provided inside the cabinet. The supply circuit requires a 15 A circuit breaker by others; the adapter draws 1/4 A.
ASI's installation instructions specify positioning the top of the towel opening no higher than 48 in. above the finished floor for the stated accessibility guidance; local codes may require a 40-in. maximum. For general-utility placement, ASI gives a range of 49–56 in. to the top of the opening. Check applicable local requirements before installation.
