ASI 0796-3 Surface-Mounted Mop Rack, 3 Holders
This 26" (660 mm) rack has three pivoting, spring-loaded holders with serrated rubber cams for round handles from 7/8" to 1-1/4" diameter. Push a mop or broom handle upward into a cam until it seats behind the clamp-plate rib; the spring holds the cam against the handle and gravity keeps the mop clamped. The formed 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel channel has a satin finish and projects 1/2" (13 mm) from the wall. Ribbed brackets are cadmium-plated steel.
Mount the rack through the channel holes with #10 self-threading pan-head screws (by others). For general utility, the manufacturer recommends mounting the bottom of the rack 70" AFF; its guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards calls for the top of the rack to be no higher than 48" AFF.
