ASI 0663-2 Velare BTM System: Stainless Steel Mirror Cabinet with Foam Soap Dispenser and Hand Dryer
The ASI 0663-2 is a surface-mounted Velare behind-the-mirror cabinet with a hands-free foam soap dispenser and a 208–240V high-speed hand dryer with a removable HEPA filter. The Type 304 stainless steel cabinet has a frameless tempered-glass mirror door with backlit icons indicating the functions at the module’s bottom panel.

- Overall dimensions: 23-5/8 in. W × 35-7/16 in. H × 7-9/16 in. D (600 × 900 × 192 mm).
- Mirror: 1/4 in. (6 mm) tempered glass with a radiused pencil edge, eased corners, and ASTM C-1048 conformance. A stainless steel intermediate stiffener and back plate have integral welded support mounts, hinge, and lock keeper.
- The mirror door uses a concealed full-width piano hinge and tumbler lock with key. Twin damped gas springs assist opening from 15° to 90°; soft-stop cushions support the fully open and fully closed positions.
- Use foaming soap with viscosity of 1–100 cP (mPa·s) and pH 5.5–8.5.
- Mirror backlighting operates on 100–240 VAC. Plan for a concealed quad outlet supplied by others; the standard appliance power cord and AC adapters connect at installation.
- Matching filler modules are available as spacers between cabinets.
Installation and upkeep
Prepare appropriate wall reinforcement and the AC quad outlet before installation. The suggested mounting height positions the cabinet bottom 16–20 in. (406–508 mm) above the vanity top. Mount using twelve #12 self-threading pan-head screws through the concealed mounting plates, then install two #12 security locking screws to prevent the unit from lifting off its hanger hooks. Screws and anchoring are by others. Refill with soap within the stated range and change the removable dryer HEPA filter as maintenance needs require. The manufacturer warranty is one year from the invoice date.
