ASI 0625-3630 Stainless Steel Channel Frame Mirror with Shelf

The ASI 0625-3630 is a 36 x 30-inch surface-mounted plate-glass mirror with a welded stainless steel shelf. Its one-piece Type 304 channel frame encases the mirror and backing, and the mirror is secured with a theft-resistant locking screw.

Specifications and installation

• Frame: 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish and tight mitered corners.
• Shelf: 18-gauge satin-finish stainless steel, 5 inches deep, with returned and hemmed edges; welded to the face frame.
• Standard glazing: 1/4-inch plate/float glass, warranted against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
• Mounting: Install the wall brackets level and plumb with #8 or #10 pan-head screws (by others). Start the separately supplied locking screw before hanging the mirror, then tighten it at the bottom.
• Manufacturer installation guidance citing the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and ABA Standards 2015 says to position the bottom edge of the reflecting surface no higher than 40 inches above the finished floor.
