ASI 0625-6036 Stainless Steel Channel Frame Mirror with Shelf

The ASI 0625-6036 is a 60 x 36-inch, surface-mounted plate-glass mirror for installations that need an integrated shelf. Its one-piece Type 304 stainless steel channel frame encases the mirror and backing, and the 5-inch-deep shelf is welded to the frame.

Specifications and installation

• Size: 60 inches wide x 36 inches high.
• Frame: One-piece, roll-formed 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2-inch, 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel channel with a satin finish and tight mitered corners.
• Mirror: Standard plate/float glass; warranted against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
• Shelf: 5 inches deep, 18-gauge satin-finish stainless steel, welded to the face frame, with returned and hemmed edges.
• Mounting: Install the wall brackets level and plumb with #8 or #10 pan-head screws (by others). Hang the mirror, then tighten the supplied #6-32 theft-resistant locking screw at the bottom; start the screw before hanging.
• Manufacturer installation guidance: For the cited 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards, ASI says the bottom edge of the reflecting surface should be no higher than 40 inches above the finished floor. This is installation guidance, not a blanket compliance determination.
