ASI 0625-1836 Stainless Steel Channel Frame Mirror with Shelf

The ASI 0625-1836 is an 18 x 36 in surface-mounted commercial restroom mirror with an integrated, welded 5-in-deep shelf. Its one-piece Type 304 stainless steel channel frame has a 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2 in profile and uses a theft-resistant locking screw.

Specifications and installation

• Mirror size: 18 in wide x 36 in high.
• Frame: One-piece, roll-formed 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish; the channel encases the mirror and backing and forms tight mitered corners.
• Mirror: Standard 1/4-in plate/float glass, warranted against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
• Shelf: 18-gauge satin-finish stainless steel, 5 in deep, welded to the face frame with returned and hemmed edges.
• Mounting: Hang on wall brackets and secure with the theft-resistant locking screw. ASI specifies #8 or #10 pan-head wall screws, by others; start the supplied locking screw before hanging the mirror.

ASI's installation guidance for the cited 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards says the bottom edge of the reflecting surface should be no higher than 40 in above the finished floor. Confirm project requirements and installation conditions for the site.
