ASI 0625-1636 Stainless Steel Channel Frame Mirror with Shelf

The ASI 0625-1636 is a surface-mounted channel-frame mirror with an integrated stainless steel shelf. Its one-piece Type 304 stainless steel frame encases the mirror and backing, and the shelf is 5 inches deep.

Specifications

• 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel frame with satin finish; the one-piece channel measures 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2 inch and has tight mitered corners.
• 18-gauge satin-finish stainless steel shelf, welded to the frame, with returned and hemmed edges.
• Standard plate/float glass is 1/4 inch thick and warranted against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
• Two wall brackets and a theft-resistant locking screw secure the mirror.

Installation guidance

Install the “H” wall brackets level and plumb with #8 or #10 pan-head screws (by others). Start the supplied locking screw, taped to the mirror back, before hanging the mirror, then tighten it at the bottom. ASI’s guidance for the cited 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and ABA Standards 2015 states that the bottom edge of the reflecting surface should be no higher than 40 inches above the finished floor; confirm applicable project requirements for the installation.
