ASI 0600-C1824 Stainless Steel Metal Mirror, 18" W x 24" H
This surface-mounted 0600-C1824 uses a Type 304 stainless steel metal reflective surface, 20 gauge with a #8 mirror finish, inside a roll-formed 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel interlocking angle frame. The frame corners are welded and polished smooth to a uniform satin finish. This configuration is suited to installations specifying a stainless steel reflective surface rather than plate glass.
A concealed hanging bracket engages the top and bottom of the frame with tamper-proof set screws; a one-piece back plate attaches to the frame with a theft-resistant locking device. Install the bracket level and plumb with #10 self-threading screws, which are by others, then hang the mirror and tighten the top and bottom locking screws. ASI’s installation guidance for the referenced accessibility standards calls for the bottom edge of the reflecting surface to be no higher than 40" above the finished floor; verify project requirements for the installation.
