ASI 0600-3022 Inter-Lok Angle Frame Plate-Glass Mirror, 30" W x 22" H
This surface-mounted mirror has a 3/4" x 5/8" roll-formed, 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel angle frame. Heliarc-welded corners are ground and polished smooth to a uniform satin finish. The standard plate glass is 1/4" thick, #1 quality, silver-coated, and hermetically sealed with electrolytic copper plating; ASI warrants the glass against silver spoilage for 15 years from invoice date.
A concealed hanger bracket locks to the top and bottom of the frame with tamper-proof set screws. The one-piece back plate attaches to the frame with a theft-resistant locking device.
Mounting and placement
Install the bracket level and plumb using #10 self-threading screws, which are by others. Hang the mirror on the bracket and tighten the top and bottom locking screws. ASI's guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards is to position the bottom edge of the reflecting surface no higher than 40" above the finished floor; this is manufacturer guidance, not a blanket compliance determination.
