ASI 0600-1822 Inter-Lok Angle Frame Plate Glass Mirror, 18" W x 22" H
The ASI 0600-1822 is a surface-mounted, 18" W x 22" H plate glass mirror with a satin-finish Type 304 stainless steel angle frame. The roll-formed frame has a 3/4" x 5/8" (19 x 16 mm) profile and is 18 gauge. Its heliarc-welded corners are ground and polished smooth to a uniform satin finish.
Construction and mounting
- The concealed hanging bracket locks to the top and bottom of the frame with tamper-proof set screws.
- A one-piece back plate attaches to the frame with a theft-resistant locking device.
- Standard glazing is 1/4" #1 quality plate glass. The manufacturer warrants the standard glazing against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
Install the concealed bracket level and plumb using #10 self-threading screws (by others). Hang the mirror on the bracket and tighten the top and bottom locking screws. ASI’s installation guidance for the cited 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards says the bottom edge of the reflecting surface should be no higher than 40" above the finished floor.
