ASI 0600-3020 Inter-Lok Angle Frame Plate-Glass Mirror
The ASI 0600-3020 is a surface-mounted 30" W x 20" H mirror with standard plate glass, a satin-finish Type 304 stainless steel frame, and a concealed locking hanger bracket.
Specifications and construction
- Standard #1 quality plate glass is 1/4" thick, silver-coated, and hermetically sealed with electrolytic copper plating.
- The 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel frame has a 3/4" x 5/8" roll-formed angle; heliarc-welded corners are polished smooth to a uniform satin finish.
- ASI warrants the glass against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
- The concealed hanger bracket locks to the top and bottom of the frame with tamper-proof set screws; a theft-resistant locking device attaches the one-piece back plate to the frame.
Mounting and placement
Install the bracket level and plumb using #10 self-threading screws, which are by others. Hang the mirror on the bracket and tighten the top and bottom locking screws. ASI's installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards is to position the bottom edge of the reflecting surface no higher than 40" above the finished floor; this is manufacturer guidance, not a blanket compliance determination.
