ASI 0600-2018 Inter-Lok Angle Frame Plate Glass Mirror
The ASI 0600-2018 is a surface-mounted, 20" W x 18" H plate-glass mirror for installations specifying a stainless steel interlocking angle frame. Its concealed bracket and locking hardware secure the mirror to the wall while keeping the mounting concealed.
Specifications
- 18-gauge Type 304 (18-8) stainless steel frame with a 3/4" x 5/8" (19 x 16 mm) profile and satin finish.
- Frame corners are heliarc welded, ground, and polished smooth; the one-piece back plate attaches with a theft-resistant locking device.
- Concealed hanging bracket locks to the top and bottom of the frame with tamper-proof set screws.
- Standard plate glass is 1/4" (6.4 mm) thick; the manufacturer warrants it against silver spoilage for 15 years from invoice date.
Installation
Install the bracket level and plumb using #10 self-threading screws, which are by others. Hang the mirror and tighten the top and bottom locking screws. For installations following ASI’s guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards, the bottom edge of the reflecting surface should be no higher than 40" above finished floor.
