ASI 0535-1830 Fixed-Tilt Mirror, 18 x 30 Inches
This surface-mounted fixed-tilt mirror is specified by the manufacturer to offer visibility for wheelchair patients. The 18 x 30-inch mirror has a tapered profile, measuring 4" deep at the top and 1" at the bottom. Its frame is 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish; standard glazing is 1/4" plate glass.
Mounting and placement
The mirror hangs on keyhole slots using four #10 pan-head self-threading screws, which are not included. Allow 5/8" clearance above the unit to engage the slots on pre-installed screws. Manufacturer guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards specifies installing the bottom of the reflecting surface no higher than 40" above finished floor; confirm placement for the project.
The standard mirror is warranted against silver spoilage for 15 years from invoice date.
