ASI 0535-1630 Fixed Tilt Mirror, 16 x 30 Inches
The ASI 0535-1630 is a surface-mounted fixed-tilt mirror for wall or partition installation. It measures 16 inches wide by 30 inches high and has a 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel frame with a satin finish. Its tapered profile—4 inches deep at the top and 1 inch at the bottom—is designed to offer visibility for wheelchair users; standard glazing is plate glass unless otherwise specified.
Specifications and mounting
- Frame: 20-gauge Type 304 (18-8) stainless steel, satin finish.
- Overall size: 16 inches wide by 30 inches high; mirror tapers from 4 inches at the top to 1 inch at the bottom.
- Standard glazing: 1/4-inch plate glass; the manufacturer states it is warranted against silver spoilage for 15 years from invoice date. Other glazing options are available.
- Mount with four #10 pan-head self-threading screws, supplied by others. Keyhole slots in the back hang on pre-installed screws; allow 5/8 inch of clearance above the unit to engage them. Concealed spring tabs lock the mounting flanges in place when properly installed.
- ASI's guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards specifies that the bottom of the reflecting surface should be installed no higher than 40 inches above the finished floor.
