ASI 0481-HCR Dual-Access Seat-Cover and Toilet-Tissue Dispenser with Napkin Disposal
This reverse configuration places the toilet-tissue dispenser and receptacle on opposite sides of the 0481-HC. One side mounts flush on the barrier-free compartment side for grab-bar clearance. The unit is usable from both sides but serviced from one; the access door must be opposite the HC stall. Internal baffles prevent line of sight between stalls.
The Type 304 stainless steel unit has a satin finish. The dispenser door is 18 gauge; the face frame and cabinet are 22 gauge. Capacity is 1,000 seat covers, four rolls of standard or 1,800-sheet toilet tissue measuring 4-1/2 in. × 5-1/4 in., and a removable 1.3-gal. (4.9 L) waste container. Doors operate independently and may be used simultaneously. Seat covers feed until depleted, and the tissue supply remains visible for low-level checking. Two tumbler locks secure the cabinet. Four supplied high-impact plastic rollers have molded-in stainless steel endpins.
Staff service the toilet paper, seat covers, and waste container by unlocking and opening the door. A disposable napkin waste container is emptied manually as needed. The container is removable. An optional grab bar is not supplied.
Partition fit and installation
The required partition cutout is 15-1/2 in. W × 28-7/8 in. H, for a partition 1/2–3-3/4 in. thick. One trim mounting flange adjusts to the partition thickness. Mount with the supplied #10 × 3/4 in. Phillips oval-head self-threading screws. For the ICC/ANSI A117.1 and 2010 ADA guidance cited by ASI, the top of the cutout should be 43-3/4–50-7/8 in. above finished floor; for CalDAG mounting-height guidance, it should be no higher than 42-7/8 in. Confirm applicable project requirements.
