ASI 0390 EZ-Fill Top-Fill Multi-Feed Soap Dispenser Kit

The ASI 0390 is a deck-mounted top-fill port and under-vanity multi-feed tank kit for supplying up to six individual EZ-Fill vanity-mounted automatic soap dispensers. It is a kit only; dispenser heads are not included.

Kit details

• Includes a translucent plastic tank, top-fill tube, counter fill port with cover, and fill hose.
• The tank is molded without a seam and lets staff see the remaining soap level.
• The top-fill port and cover are polished chrome-plated brass.
• The tank can rest on the vanity cabinet floor or be mounted under the vanity with a bracket.
• Unused transfer ports must be sealed with the supplied plugs.

Plan the installation

ASI specifies a 1-5/16 in. diameter deck hole and a maximum counter thickness of 2 in. Position the fill port within 104 in. of the furthest dispenser head so the supply tubing can reach the tank. Allow room under the vanity for the tank and hose before drilling. The system is filled through the counter port without removing the tank. ASI specifies smooth, non-abrasive liquid soap with viscosity of 100–3,800 cP and pH of 5–9. Follow the supplied guide for installation, filling, and dispenser priming.
